Commercial Litigation Practice Group

Our Commercial Litigation Practice Group is comprised of attorneys in the Litigation Department who are most experienced in commercial litigation matters.

The group's depth of experience in commercial litigation is applied to a variety of disputes, including securities, construction contracts, mereger and acquisition agreements, financial transactions, secured transactions and commercial real estate transactions.

Since litigation of this nature is often complex and protracted and requires segmenting of responsibilites, the group has developed a team approach with a partner in charge and at leaste on assciate and one paralegal for each case.  Responsibilities are divided accordingly and regular staff meetings keep all participants apprised of events and fully involved.
