Workers' Compensation Practice Group

The Workers' Compensation Practice Group consists of experienced attorneys and paralegals who work closely together to obtain the best possible result for our clients.  We represent clients in regard to claims and other issues arising under Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act, which governs the payment of workers' compensation benefits-such as wage loss and medical benefits-to injured emplyees.

In addition, our clients include employers engaged in manufacturing, construction, health care and service industries, and we have been retained by both insurance carriers and self-insured employers.  Our litigation attorneys also regularly counsel our clients on various matters involving workers' compensation law, such as coverage requirements, modified employment and settlement.
