Insurance Defense Practice Group

The Insurance Defense Practice Group provides experienced, skilled defense to corporations and municipalities on behalf of insurance carriers as well as self-insureds.  We have substantial experience in the area of claims arising under Pennsylvania's Bad Faith Statute.  We provide a wide variety of representaiton in both personal injury and property damage claims, including automobile liability, liquor liability, premises liablity, construction liability, professional malpractice including medical, legal and accounting and real estate malpractice, products liability, and first party insurance claims.  We represent our clients at all levels of practice before state and federal courts - from magistrate's court and arbitration-level cases to complex jury trials.
