Civil Rights Litigation Practice Group

The Civil Rights Litigation Practice Group represents both public and private-sector clients in litigation in the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, as well as before state and federal administrative agencies.  We also have the ability to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York.

Our group defends employers against discrimination and harassment complaints that may be brought in court after the conclusion of the administrative process.  We also represent clients in breach of contract, misappropriation and other employment-related claims.  In both employment and civil rights litigation, we frequently represent clients in alternative disppute resolution forums such as mediation and arbitration.
