Attorneys in our Private Equity and Venture Capital area have substantial experience representing venture capital investors and portfolio companies in private equity transactions from seed stage and first round investments to later stage and follow-on investments. These attorneys also advise and represent fund and portfolio company clients and private equity sponsors in connection with the formation and management of their funds, structuring private placements, securities issuances in registered and unregistered offerings, and the preparation of the various offering documents and necessary filings with various federal and state authorities. Our expertise also includes advising clients on the increasingly complex regulatory regime applicable to private funds and their sponsors.
