Colelctive Bargaining

Semmes attorneys represent management in union organizational drives and representation elections. We appear before the NLRB in hearings and appeals. We negotiate collective bargaining agreements on behalf of clients. Our attorneys also handle labor arbitrations, labor-related litigation and injunction proceedings. We have extensive experience helping employers:

  • present employers with proven union avoidance strategies;
  • prepare for and manage union elections;
  • prepare for and respond to strikes and other work related actions;
  • arbitrate grievances; and
  • provide representation before the National Labor Relations Board.
