Semmes attorneys represent management in union organizational drives and representation elections. We appear before the NLRB in hearings and appeals. We negotiate collective bargaining agreements on behalf of clients. Our attorneys also handle labor arbitrations, labor-related litigation and injunction proceedings. • prepare for and manage union elections;
