Our business clients range from individuals to publicly traded companies. They have in common the desire for sophisticated legal service without the inefficiencies commonly associated with large law firm representation. For the most part, our clients deal with one or two attorneys, who are responsible for the client relationship and who can draw on the expertise of all their colleagues. Similarly, we typically staff each separate transaction or matter with one or two attorneys who are familiar with the client’s business and with all aspects of the specific matter, rather than using the multimember team approach more typical of larger law firms.
