The Administrative Law practice represents utilities, municipalities, corporations, individuals and not-for-profit organizations before regulatory agencies at the state and federal level. Our attorneys represent clients before a wide variety of regulatory bodies, including the Federal Communications Commission, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Department of Health and Human Services, Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control, Connecticut Siting Council, Department of Public Health, Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Health Care Access, Connecticut Insurance Department and Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Energy.
Our representation involves extensive regulatory and judicial proceedings, multi-party negotiations, intricate finance arrangements and corporate transactions. The Administrative Law practice also assists many of the Firm's existing clients by identifying and managing regulatory issues that may impact or direct the operations, services or products of such entities.
Our attorneys can work closely with the tax, employment, corporate finance, municipal finance, environmental and land use, health care, litigation and appellate practices at the firm in order to provide the clients of those groups with a full suite of legal services designed to complement the services already offered by the firm.
