Across the many industries we service, private equity is often the fuel for growth. Whether launching a start-up, helping a mature company with its capital needs or funding ownership changes, our private equity clients take risks and cause change. For years, we have been part of those efforts.
Our private equity group represents venture capital funds, mezzanine funds, SBICs, hedge funds, corporate and strategic investors, institutional investors, and angel investors. We also represent high technology and emerging growth companies in connection with their venture capital and other private equity offerings, and middle market companies undergoing leveraged buy-outs and recapitalizations.
Attorneys in our private equity, SBIC and mezzanine finance practice assist equity and debt investors of all types in connection with the formation of investment vehicles and subsequent investment activities.
Our representation of investor clients includes:

Women attorneys and clients prosper at the firm. Nearly half our associates, 30 percent of our partners and many of our most valued clients are women. To celebrate this array of accomplished women, we are proud to present the Women at the Helm Breakfast Series. Our goal is to bring together diverse and talented women to share ideas and inspiration. At each seminar, a dynamic woman in business, government, medicine, education or the arts will share her insights and experience.
