Shulman Rogers’ Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice represents clients involved in all areas of technology, from wired to wireless, from historic to cutting-edge.

The growth of the Firm’s TMT practice began with Department Chair Alan S. Tilles joining the Firm two decades ago. His expertise in all things wireless was the start of synergies between technology opportunities and the Firm’s traditional practice areas in corporate and real estate, areas which now have become increasingly reliant on technology.

With Mr. Tilles’ leadership, the Firm has expanded its practice in technology-related areas to include the latest technological advances, including Blockchain and Smart Contracts as well as Smart Cities and Smart Building initiatives. Coupled with the Firm’s expansive practice in public safety communications and antenna tower leasing and siting issues, the Firm provides clients with holistic and comprehensive consulting on TMT issues. More than mere contract review, the Firm is able to provide direction and advice in a collaborative atmosphere that enables clients to lead their respective industries.
