With vast experience representing a broad array of both lenders and borrowers, our capital markets group brings valuable “market know-how” for credit facilities of virtually every type and structure.

Our client service teams are lead by experienced deal lawyers able to provide judgment and knowledge derived from experience. Our transactional lawyers are able to service our clients’ needs completely by drawing upon the firm’s resources in the areas of tax law, finance, employment law, intellectual property law, government contracts, and other areas frequently confronted when structuring transactions and allocating risks among buyer and seller. Among other things, our experience in leveraged finance provides our clients engaging in leveraged acquisitions, divestitures, and recapitalizations with market insights and positive results.
