Litigation
With many cases spanning the globe, our attorneys have accumulated notable victories and other accomplishments, including the first-ever patent infringement case commenced by a Chinese company in the United States. Our attorneys have deep litigation experience, involving a wide variety of technological disciplines. We have a wealth of courtroom experience, ranging from preliminary injunctions, to discovery issues, to patent Markman hearings, to many jury and bench trials, to appeals to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and regional Circuit Courts.
