Spoliation of evidence is a major concern for all subrogation claims.  Sloane and Walsh’s Subrogation Group is uniquely qualified to address all issues relating to spoliation and the preservation of evidence.  The firm, working with its panel of experts and consultants, will insure that all evidence is properly preserved.  Additionally, Sloane and Walsh will immediately contact all potentially responsible parties and invite them to inspect available evidence at the scene of a loss.  The firm also works with the appropriate experts to document and photograph the losses and identify all relevant evidence.
