Automobile Liability Defense

The attorneys of Starnes Davis Florie represent the interest of clients in personal injury cases in both first-party and third-party litigation throughout the state of Alabama. The firm has considerable experience defending all types of automobile cases, including defense of the defendant driver and UM and UIM cases. The firm's attorneys are also experienced in handling subrogation issues, bad faith claims, complex coverage questions, and declaratory judgment actions.
