Professional Liability Defense

Sullivan Ward represents a wide range of clients against claims of professional liability, including physicians, medical providers, architects, engineers, accountants, attorneys, insurance agents, insurance brokers, real estate brokers and other professionals.

Our goal in professional liability defense cases is to resolve the matter as quickly as possible to avoid potential further losses to income, career or reputation. Our approach is to prepare cases for trial to strengthen our position in possible arbitration or mediation. Frequently, our seasoned and certified mediation team is able to resolve matters outside of the courtroom. However, should a trial be necessary, we are prepared to vigorously defend our clients before a judge or jury.
