In the right hands, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is an efficient, cost-effective means to settle disputes without expensive litigation. Sullivan Ward attorneys possess extensive experience in all types of business disputes, and have undergone advanced training and certification in negotiation, mediation and facilitation techniques and strategies. Frequently we act as independent or court-appointed mediators or arbitrators, and are known for our ability to resolve problems before they escalate.
