Sullivan Ward performs exhaustive, meticulous analysis of proposed merger and acquisitions candidates for clients wishing to utilize this strategy to grow and/or to diversify. Our Mergers and Acquisitions Team is comprised of tax attorneys who are also CPAs, and others with deep legal and real-world experience in corporate, real estate and related areas of the law.
