Product Liability Defense

Sullivan Ward successfully defends major manufacturers, distributors and retail companies in a wide variety of product liability claims, including medical and pharmaceutical products, industrial machinery, household appliances and all types of recreational vehicles. We frequently act as national counsel on product liability trial teams in Michigan, Illinois and in jurisdictions across the country.

We handle matters related to the design, manufacture, warning and instruction labels and numerous other claims of injury and negligence resulting in property damage and personal injury.
