Sullivan Ward offers comprehensive legal services to the trucking industry. Our experience and our range of resources specific to your needs enable us to respond quickly to protect your legal rights and preserve your business interests.

Our attorneys represent trucking companies, insurance agencies and related third parties throughout the country and internationally. We assist clients with a host of matters including compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations, overweight trucks, driver violations, and major transportation accidents, among numerous other issues. Our attorneys work in tandem with highly-qualified experts, including accident reconstructionists, when needed, and will respond immediately to the accident scene for representation and investigation if requested.

When disputes arise, we utilize alternative measures such as mediation and arbitration to avoid litigation if at all possible. However, if differences cannot be resolved outside of the courtroom, we are prepared to vigorously represent your interests at trial.
