Subrogation

Our subrogation practice group has decades of experience in the prosecution and defense of subrogation claims across the United States and abroad. Whether in a state or federal court in the United States, the French Commercial Court in Paris, or an arbitration in the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Geneva, our team of dedicated attorneys can cut through the red tape to provide unparalleled prosecution and defense of subrogation claims.

The subrogation law practice group at Swift Currie offers such services as immediate on-site inspection, mediation and arbitration support, litigation and the selection of experts. We also review closed files and provide educational assistance as we handle claims involving product liability law, negligence, breach of contract, Uniform Commercial Code, construction, admiralty, bonds, workers’ compensation, international law and excess carrier claims against primary carriers.

The subrogation lawyers on this team speak throughout the country on subrogation law issues and are recognized by the industry for their expertise and successful results in the field.
