The Firm has traditionally defended manufacturers in product liability claims. Representations include manufacturers supplying the petrochemical industry (pipes, valves, pumps, steam plants, pressure vessels and turbines); the transportation industry (automotive, aviation, and marine vehicles); agricultural industry (tractors, balers, and haulers); oil field industry (derricks, rigs, and drill stems and casings); construction industry (cranes, winches, and loaders); medical industry (blood, prescription drugs, breast implants, and medical devices) and the electronics industry (computer systems, radio transmission systems, and wiring systems). Clients include Gillig Corporation, Grove Manufacturing Company, Baxter Healthcare, and Motorola, Inc.

Representation includes:

• Defending premises liability and negligence cases for JP Morgan Chase, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Taco Bell, and Argosy Gaming Company.
   
• Defending crane manufacturers against claims occurring during use of their products in various factual settings.
   
• Defending drilling companies and their insurers against claims for personal injury and property damages arising out of their operations.
