- Timberlands: Representation of investment fund in acquisition, ownership, and eventual sale of approximately 1 million acres of commercial timberlands; representation of investment fund in acquisition and management of more than three hundred thousand acres of commercial timberlands; representation of landowners in sale of approximately two hundred thousand acres of commercial timberlands, including complex partition and exchange of fractional interests.
- Energy & Wind Power: Representation of developers of large-scale commercial wind power projects, including title review, fee and easement acquisitions, leasing, construction financing, and successful permitting of project and associated transmission line; representation of potential purchaser of hydroelectric facility, including due diligence review of title and survey documents and contracts, and preparation of purchase and sale agreement; representation of natural gas pipeline expansion project involving five compressor stations.
