Verrill Dana’s Hospitality Law Practice Group is multi-disciplinary and geographically diverse group focused on the unique legal issues affecting clients in the Hospitality industry. Attorneys from our Portland and Boston offices work together to provide advice to hospitality industry clients in the areas of labor and employment law, human resources, general business and real estate matters, commercial lending, franchising, intellectual property and technology, as well as representation in all types of dispute resolution proceedings.

Currently, the Hospitality Law Group represents individual property owners/lessees and small, mid-sized and large hotel and restaurant operating companies doing business in Maine, elsewhere in New England and throughout the country, on a variety of matters ranging from the creation of employee manuals to the execution of long-term management agreements and operating leases.
