Government Investigations: We represent corporations and individuals in civil and criminal investigations by federal and state enforcement agencies, including complaints involving collusion, group boycotts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances, price fixing and bid rigging.
Resale Pricing and Distribution: We analyze the potential antitrust implications of customer and territorial restraints imposed by suppliers and distributors.
