Workers' Compensation

Wadleigh, Starr & Peters has broad expertise in handling all facets of workers’ compensation matters. We have experience practicing before the N.H. Department of Labor, the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and the N.H. Supreme Court. Our attorneys regularly serve as faculty members on privately sponsored seminars and also have prepared and presented many seminars providing continuing education credits for insurance adjusters. The firm also authors the New Hampshire section of the bi-annual Compendium of Workers’ Compensation laws published by ALFA. Our clients include insurance companies, self-insured employers, and state and municipal entities in the defense of claims by employees.
