Privacy, cybersecurity and information management are quickly evolving fields. We closely follow current developments and emerging trends so that we are prepared to offer clients timely and cost-effective advice.

Our privacy, cybersecurity and information management practice is coordinated by Chris Meyer, who is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as an Information Privacy Professional for the US Public Sector (CIPP/US), and as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). The CIPP/US certification covers privacy issues affecting US companies and individuals. The CIPM focuses on design of corporate privacy programs, managing compliance, auditing and data breach response. The CIPP/US and CIPM certifications are open to both attorneys and non-attorneys.
