Wise Carter represents a wide range of business clients, including private and public corporations, sole proprietorships, general and limited partnerships, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, new business ventures and teaming arrangements. Wise Carter attorneys have also assisted with the structure of public/private joint ventures between private investors and political subdivisions.

Our corporate attorneys provide legal services to support the financings, expansions, and daily business operations of numerous hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare systems, physician practices, imaging and ambulatory surgery centers, medical device manufacturers and other healthcare providers. Many of the Firm’s commercial attorneys also provide services for the Firm’s railroad, transportation and public utility clients, as well as serve as counsel to various Mississippi political subdivisions. We have also served as issuer’s counsel, bond counsel, borrower’s counsel and underwriter’s counsel in taxable and tax-exempt public debt transactions.
