Welcome to Abram & Hutchison. We are located in Georgetown Delaware, and represent defendants in all courts in Kent and Sussex County Delaware, and occasionally New Castle County. I am experienced in criminal matters in the Justice of the Peace Courts, Family Court, Court of Common Pleas, Superior Court, and the Delaware Supreme Court. I have had successful resolutions before and after trial or Oral Arguments in every one of these courts.

Please contact my office for a free consultation in Georgetown, Delaware. For individuals living out of State, a consultation via teleconference can be arranged. I believe that everyone facing criminal charges should have the opportunity to speak to a defense attorney as soon as possible so they can be informed of the road ahead, even if they can't afford to hire an attorney at this point. Our office provides free consultations to those faced with criminal charges as I believe that those without knowledge of the procedures can face a daunting situation.
