Virginia Hinrichs McMichael founded Appellate Law Group in 2013 because she believes that clients are best represented by seasoned appellate lawyers who can create cogent and compelling legal arguments that win on appeal.

McMichael has over 35 years of trial and appellate experience and was formerly a partner and head of the appellate practice group at Dilworth Paxson LLP. She has represented clients in the Pennsylvania state appellate courts and the federal courts of appeals for the Third, Second, and Eleventh Circuits.
