The firm was founded in 1954 by Foster D. Arnett. Jack B. Draper joined him in 1958, and seven years later Lewis R. Hagood became a member of the firm. Since its founding the firm has steadily grown and focuses its practice in civil law, and is privileged to serve a wide variety of personal and corporate clients.
