Arnold, Willis & Conway, is Dyersburg's oldest law firm. Founded in 1903 by R.A. Ashley, Sr., Mr. Ashley's sons, Barret Ashley and R.A. Ashley, Jr., joined the firm in the late 1940s and early 1950s. The firm has grown from a local general practice to providing a broad range of multistate and national legal services and involvement in governmental affairs. The firm also represents individuals, banks, industries, churches and business entities ranging from partnerships to large corporations. The attorneys of Arnold, Willis & Conway have a proud tradition representing clients performing government contracts, including highway, marine and heavy construction contractors who perform work along the Mississippi River Valley and throughout the country. Arnold, Willis & Conway is committed to the highest level of service and has a long history of repeat business with clients.
