About this firm

Arthur Law PLLC is a boutique family law practice built for clients who want individual attention, clarity, strategy, and follow-through. After more than 15 years handling high-level domestic relations and family law matters in West Tennessee and the Memphis/Shelby County area, Megan Arthur expanded her practice to Nashville in December 2025 and founded Arthur Law PLLC on a simple principle: when your family, finances, and future are at stake, you deserve organized counsel, direct advice, and a strategic legal plan that is executed with purpose.

As a Nashville, Tennessee family law and domestic relations attorney, Megan is known for cutting through confusion and helping clients make informed decisions—without unnecessary drama. She prioritizes communication and preparation so clients understand the process, the options, and the likely trajectory of their case. Clients often describe her as decisive, disciplined, and highly organized—an advocate who can provide calm guidance when emotions run high and rigorous representation when litigation becomes necessary.

Megan represents clients in a full range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and parenting plans, child support, alimony, establishment of parentage, post-divorce modifications, enforcement actions, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Every case is approached with the same objective: a favorable resolution grounded in strategy and tailored to the client’s goals.

Megan’s professional involvement reflects her commitment to the legal community, including affiliations with the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Memphis Bar Association, and the Nashville Bar Association. She has served in leadership roles within the Memphis Bar Association, including the Family Law Section and the association’s governing board. She has also been recognized by Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers—first as a Mid-South Rising Star in Family Law (2013–2018) and as a Mid-South Super Lawyer in Family Law each year from 2020 to the present.
