Most of our litigation matters are referred to us by business lawyers and in-house counsel because of our experience and proven track record. Our approach to litigation management uses quantitative methods, technology, and artificial intelligence. Innovations such as fixed fee pricing models and detailed early case assessments give our clients clarity and certainty when it matters most. We analyze each situation, assess probabilities, and determine the best strategy to advance our clients’ interests, and to reduce liability, exposure, and financial risk.
