Atchley, Russell, Waldrop & Hlavinka, L.L.P., one of the oldest law firms in the Texarkana area, provides a wide range of legal services. Although the majority of our attorneys are primarily litigators, we have a strong presence in corporate, commercial, financial and tax matters. The major portion of our practice is in the following areas: defense of health care and other professional malpractice litigation; environmental and asbestos litigation; employment discrimination; civil appeals; defense of products liability claims; defense of civil rights actions; banking; corporate matters; business administration; taxation and tax planning; probate and estate matters; and insurance disputes.

Our regular state and federal court practice extends beyond Texarkana to Marshall, Longview, Tyler and Paris and to surrounding counties, as well as throughout the State of Arkansas. We have attorneys licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
