About this firm

Our Vision

At Athene Law, LLP, we are revolutionizing the traditional law firm model by combining topnotch and experienced health lawyers in a virtual legal practice. We take on meaningful and challenging matters to provide health care providers with the tools to adapt 20th century rules to a 21st century delivery system.

Our approach is robust and versatile. We fiercely advocate to get our clients winning results, while we also get to know them well and constantly provide forward-thinking strategies and solutions. Our goal is to optimize the healthcare system so Athene Law clients can deliver the best and most efficient care to their patients.

Who We Are

Our founding partners include Felicia Sze and Long Do, both veteran healthcare attorneys with experience representing a broad array of providers. Our clientele includes hospitals, physicians and physician groups, clinics, pharmacies, and dentists, as well as various provider trade associations.

We currently offer the experience of six seasoned health lawyers to our clientele. Athene Law attorneys have worked for Federal and State government, large private law firms, trade associations, and as outside general counsel. With such a diversity of experience, we bring broad insights and an array of perspectives to help navigate the most effective and creative strategies for clients. Our depth and breadth of expertise makes Athene Law a one-stop firm that can handle much of a health care provider’s legal needs, whether it be transactional, litigation, regulatory, or public policy. Our boutique size also means that clients get the highest class legal representation with the personal service they deserve.
