He has represented and litigated on behalf of the largest corporations and financial services companies in the country, including automobile OEMs and their captive and former financing arms.
Since the largest construction projects are typically done by governmental entities, Mr. August has represented countless municipalities and authorities on their largest projects. This includes airport authorities building terminals and other facilities, cities building criminal justice centers and combined sewer overflow infrastructure, governmental authorities undertaking large capital projects, and townships managing their infrastructure contracts.
