About our Jacksonville, FL office

Bachara Construction Law Group opened its doors in 2007, when Chip Bachara, Brian Crevasse and Brent Zimmerman left Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP to establish a new firm focused solely on construction law. With more than 35 years of collective experience in every aspect of construction law, Bachara Construction Law Group is qualified to handle every type of construction dispute, ranging from payment disputes to bid protests, delay claims, claims of defective design or construction and insurance coverage disputes. The firm's commitment to construction law is not just based on experience; it is also rooted in family tradition. After working for two of Jacksonville's largest commercial contractors and obtaining his law degree, he has practiced continuously in Jacksonville since 1987, focusing exclusively on construction disputes.
