When litigation cannot be avoided, our clients can depend on our firm to vigorously represent their rights and interests to a full and final resolution including the appellate process if necessary in defending them against claims or pursuing claims against other parties.

WHO WE ARE

With thirteen attorneys Baird & Baird, P.S.C. has grown into a regional firm serving Eastern Kentucky through our office in Pikeville, and Central Kentucky through our Lexington office.

Although we are large enough to be a full service regional firm, we are still small enough to maintain the type of personal attention to legal assignments that are essential to making client relationships a success.

Our offices are equipped with state-of-the-art computer and telecommunications technology, a law library and computer legal research system, which assists in promptly providing services to our clients. Our case management computer system allows us to instantly access file information and evaluate claims.
