Benjamin & Associates, P.C. proudly carries forward the legacy of
Pope & Associates, a respected name in immigration law since
2008. Founded on a commitment to serving immigrants and their
families, the firm has established itself through strong client
relationships and mentorship of young legal professionals. Mr. John
Pope, the firm’s founding attorney, was a guiding force, and his
leadership helped shape the careers of many attorneys.
In
August 2022, the legal community mourned Mr. Pope’s passing. His
contributions earned him a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award from
the Arizona Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Now, the firm enters a new era as Benjamin & Associates, P.C.,
continuing to uphold the principles that guided Pope &
Associates.
The transition to Benjamin & Associates,
P.C. ensures the continuity of service to all clients, with no
changes to the level of representation. In addition, the firm is
preparing to unveil a refreshed brand, including a new website, logo,
and stories highlighting the continued dedication to its clients and
