Benjamin, Vana, Martinez & Cano, LLP was organized by David P. Benjamin, Dan Vana, Cathrin J. Martinez and Matthew B. Cano. The partners, who have worked together for many years, bring more than seventy-five years of experience trying lawsuits, analyzing risks, combating liabilities for individuals and businesses, and providing advice and recommendations on legal strategies to meet our clients' goals.

Our attorneys work closely together to provide timely, efficient, and cost-effective legal solutions for a broad array of issues in areas including construction law, professional liability, personal injury litigation, products liability, commercial litigation, consumer transactions, business or employment contracts, and financial, investment and real estate disputes in state or federal courts, arbitration, mediation or private dispute resolution. Our attorneys also provide legal guidance and services in corporate, business, trademark and family law matters.

Each of our attorneys volunteer and provide leadership roles in bar associations, community or pro-bono activities, and various charitable organizations in our region. The attorneys also present continuing education programs and in-house conferences for clients and industry or professional organizations.
