Working for a better workplace since 1933, Blitman & King LLP concentrates on the exclusive representation of labor organizations, fringe benefit fund and employees. We represent pension plans, health and welfare plans, apprentice plans and other trust funds which provide fringe benefits to employees. We also represent employee benefits plans and individuals in compensation matters, including plan administration and design, and design of individual compensation programs, and individuals in wrongful termination matters.

Blitman & King LLP enjoys a solid reputation throughout the United States. With offices in Syracuse, Rochester, New York, and Albany, the firm represents workers in all sectors, including: construction, manufacturing, transportation and public employment and service industries.

There are few firms that can match the scope of skill provided by our leading Labor, Employee Benefits and Employment Law Practices. Our Labor and Employment Practices date back to the 1930s, when the National Labor Relations Act was passed. Our Employee Benefits Practice pre-dates 1974 and the passage of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).

Over the years, the needs of our clients and our drive to provide them with innovative representation led the firm to further develop its practice areas. Our growth has been sustained because of our pursuit of excellence, focus on client goals and commitment to achieve.
