Booth & Koskoff

Booth & Koskoff was founded in 1984 by Lawrence R. Booth, who had already established himself as one of the premier personal injury trial lawyers in the United States. He was only the fourth attorney in California to obtain a million-dollar verdict in a personal injury case and in 1973 was elected to the Inner Circle of Advocates, an organization limited to the top 100 personal injury attorneys in the country. Richard B. Koskoff has tried well over 100 cases to juries, has obtained numerous seven figure and eight figure results, and in 2005 was recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by his peers as published by Los Angeles Magazine. Roger E. Booth graduated from one of the premier law schools in the U.S., practiced at the largest law firm in California and, since joining Booth & Koskoff, has achieved many million-dollar results. Together, these attorneys have obtained over 60 million-dollar and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
