Braun Cathie Kruzel PC was formed in 1999 to exclusively focus on estate planning and trust administration, settlement of both contested and non-contested estates, and related business and tax planning. Several members of our group have been in practice for decades.

Based in Scottsdale since 1999, BCK occupied its offices at the Kierland Commons for 18 years before moving to the Perimeter Center in 2022. BCK is focused on steady growth which will assure our position as one of the premier estate planning and estate administration boutique firms in the State of Arizona. Our adept estate planning, administration and business planning attorneys have been practicing in the Valley for over 31 years and have over 91 years of experiences combined in protecting clients' wealth, trusts, estates and business endeavors.

In addition to representing trustees, personal representatives, and estate/trust beneficiaries, we handle business planning, business transactional work, and litigation matters. While we are constantly looking for new solutions, even with the best estate, tax, and business planning, there is often controversy. We continue to meet the needs of our clients by providing exemplary litigation services to continue the process until there is resolution.

Our firm provides personalized attention and comprehensive services to a diverse client base, from family limited partnerships to real estate investment entities, to manufacturing concerns. We regularly represent business clients in the selection of the appropriate type of entity, formation of partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, sales, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations of businesses; contractual negotiations of all types, such as buy-sell agreements, distribution arrangements and employment contracts and benefits.

In addition, family roots in the Midwest have led to a strong Midwest work ethic, and we represent clients in many other common law and community states and internationally.
