About this firm

In 2015, Broden & Mickelsen formed Broden, Mickelsen, Helms & Snipes, LLP. Michael Snipes and John Helms, two experienced attorneys and a former judge helped create Dallas' premiere criminal defense team.

Located in the heart of North Texas, each attorney takes on cases together and independently. There are no associates or middle men. Receive the absolute best defense for your case throughout the state and be represented by several of the most experienced and respected federal and criminal law attorneys in the nation.

The criminal defense firm has over 100 years of experience serving all of Texas for state crimes, and nationwide for federal. Clint Broden and Mick Mickelsen are certified in criminal law and criminal appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

The new firm also has experience in commercial litigation, and through John Helms, has defended several of the largest corporations in the country.

Broden, Mickelsen, Helms & Snipes has handled the most complex of cases: from death penalty appeals, from being the judge in the Eric Williams trial of 2014, to defending clients accused of white collar fraud and child pornography.
