About this firm

Since our formation in 1994, we have successfully endeavored to create a law firm which provides the highest quality legal services to our clients in an economically efficient and highly professional manner.

Together with our associates and paralegals, we place the personal and financial interests and confidentiality of our clients first as we assist them in realizing their goals with legally effective and creative advice, planning and implementation. We establish close and enduring relationships with our clients. As a result, we have become trusted advisors to many of our clients, their children and grandchildren, and they continue to turn to us through the years for counsel and advice.

The firm's areas of practice include estate planning, wealth transfer planning, estate administration, trust administration, estate and trust litigation, elder law planning, guardianships, supplemental and special needs trusts, corporate consultation, real estate transactions and taxation. In addition, the firm represents and counsels individuals, partnerships, businesses and not-for-profit corporations, lending institutions and fiduciaries in various other legal matters.

Together with other independent and trusted professional advisors, including institutional fiduciaries, banks, trust companies, financial advisors, accountants, insurance agents, appraisers and other law firms, our firm prides itself on providing comprehensive legal and advisory services utilizing a value-added team approach. In addition to working with outside advisors, we have a Certified Public Accountant on staff and the firm has a wholly owned affiliate, Lexington Services Corp., which provides tax preparation and compliance services to our individual, institutional and fiduciary clients.

In January 2001, at the recommendation of the Judge of the Surrogate's Court of Nassau County, the firm was retained as counsel to the Public Administrator of Nassau County. The Public Administrator is charged primarily with the responsibility of administering estates of Nassau County residents who die without wills and without immediate family able to take responsibility for their estates.

As the firm continues to grow in size, scope and expertise, we are eternally grateful to our existing clients. We look forward to continuing to serve our clients and their children and grandchildren with the same high quality and professionalism that has been the hallmark of our firm. We also welcome our new clients and are committed to do our utmost to earn their trust.
