About this firm

Buck Keenan was founded more than 25 years ago by experienced litigators from a large Houston law firm looking for a more efficient and effective way to serve business clients while garnering equally impressive results. Founding partners John H. Buck and James Keenan, along with two other attorneys, envisioned that a small, dedicated group of highly qualified lawyers could handle matters more responsively and resourcefully than their larger counterparts. That vision continues today as seven active partners and their associates work together in a collegial, accessible atmosphere where the motivation is based on obtaining results, not racking up hours. Buck Keenan clients view their legal counselors as trusted business partners: attorneys that can be counted on as the need arises.
