Cain & Associates was founded by Scott Cain. After years of business management experience at Sewell Village Cadillac in Dallas, Scott completed his legal training at Texas Wesleyan University where he graduated magna cum laude in 1999. After handling complex banking and aviation litigation and trial work at a large Arlington law firm, Scott returned to Cleburne in the fall of 2001.

After many jury trials over the past decade regarding areas that included real estate, oil & gas, fiduciary, wills and contract disputes, Scott formed Cain & Associates as a general practice law firm that specializes in the areas of litigation, probate, and corporate law. Joining Scott are Mark Hines and Robert Masteller, III.

In addition to our litigation and appellate practice, Cain & Associates handles a variety of corporate, real estate and probate matters for our clients. This diversity helps us to provide our clients with a comprehensive representation. Whether you need help with entity selection for a business, assistance with real estate transactions, creation of wills or a comprehensive estate plan, or guidance through probate proceedings, we can help.
