Casey Bailey & Maines, PLLC is located in Lexington, the heart of Kentucky. The firm maintains a roster of ten attorneys experienced in defense litigation. Each attorney has an exemplary record of defending clients in all areas of tort liability, including but not limited to medical malpractice, veterinary medical malpractice, workers compensation, professional malpractice, premises liability, products liability, general truck and auto liability, municipal and government liability, insurance liability, coal mining litigation and property damage. Our attorneys also represent insurance carriers directly in a variety of areas, including bad faith litigation. We further act as corporate counsel for a Fortune 500 corporation, coordinating their litigation and bankruptcy in four states. We also currently handle select litigation matters for clients in the state of Indiana, and are also licensed to practice in the state of Georgia and Tennessee. We also employ five full time paralegals who are trained for the specific demands of litigation and trial. Our paralegals are experienced in all areas of litigation, including but not limited to the preparation of witnesses, obtaining experts, coordination of discovery, review of medical records and trial attendance.
