Casey & Chapman, PLLC is a newly-established regional law firm focused on the delivery of high-quality legal representation at a reasonable cost. The lawyers of the firm, previously part of large regional law firms, realized that bigger is not necessarily better when it comes to providing quality and cost effective legal representation. We are client-focused and innovative. The lawyers of the firm have over eighty-five years of combined litigation experience in a variety of areas including health care, professional malpractice, employment law, education law, insurance bad faith, general litigation and appellate work, among others. Also, we provide boutique legal services in the areas of health care and employment. While we primarily focus our practice in the defense of parties in litigation, we also represent both corporate and individual clients as plaintiffs in select litigation. We have lawyers actively engaged in practice in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Our lawyers have successfully handled cases in a variety of state and federal courts in these jurisdictions. We are known for our aggressive, determined and innovative approaches to dispute resolution which includes trying cases. Our practice, centered in the charmingly historic city of Wheeling, West Virginia, is strategically located in the Northern Panhandle along Interstate 70 between Ohio and Pennsylvania. Our office is also easily accessible to all areas of West Virginia, including the capital city of Charleston. We are located only one hour from Pittsburgh International Airport and Downtown Pittsburgh and within a relatively short drive of Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio; Charleston, Morgantown, and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia; Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and Washington, D.C. The firm is staffed by lawyers who live and work in West Virginia and remain current and are actively involved in legal and political developments throughout the State. Our lawyers are involved in community and service activities locally and statewide.
