The principal in the firm, Lella Amiss E. Pape, has extensive litigation experience with unique problems of Condominium and Community Associations, as well as eviction and collections from tenants in commercial common interest properties, and has been a frequent participant and educator in the programs of numerous professional organizations, including the Community Associations Institute all aspects of Corporate and Real Estate law, condominium law, including litigation and general civil litigation for over 27 Years. Our associate (and engineer), Richard Hebert, PE, CFCM (A Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, which validates education, training, experience, and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation), has extended experience in construction/structural warranty litigation and small business consultations, as well as collections and civil litigation.
